Hidden by the dunes and coastal forest of Lacanau, this site maintains a nice variety of landscapes original. the 9 km trail visits (to /) will help you achieve a short hike "timeless." You will cross the dunes to wooded areas of virgin forest, walk along the "barin" wet colonized by aquatic vegetation typical, you will lose your eyes in the vast marshes, summer residence of the last sea cow, you will discover the tranquility of a small wildlife pond in which to stop time for a nap or a picnic ... The nature reserve is discovered through the seasons and to everyone's taste by: open houses, tours of discovery on foot or by bike (watch the bikes are prohibited on the reserve / refer to the regulations of the site) with d a guard or guide, thematic trips accompanied by outsiders (Crane, Tapping ...).
